What happens if my site is hacked?
We investigate, contain it and give you a written report — what was reached, how it got in, when, and where the evidence supports it, who. Then we restore from clean backups or rebuild from source, close the hole, and tell you what to change so it does not happen again. Recovery is part of the plan, not an emergency invoice.
How is this different from a hosting company?
A host gives you a server, uptime and a backup button. We actively monitor the site, patch it, watch for intrusion, and handle the investigation and rebuild if something gets through. Hosting is where the site lives; this is someone accountable for whether it is still standing.
What counts as a change?
A text edit, a new image, a price update, a new page, a form tweak, a plugin update, a fix. If it is a discrete piece of work on your site, it is a change. We do not bill in fifteen-minute increments or argue about scope.
What if I need more than my plan covers?
You keep the plan and we quote the overflow as a small piece of project work. Most months people use less than they expect; the point of the plan is that nothing sits in a queue for three weeks.

WordPress, WooCommerce, Adobe Commerce (Magento), BigCommerce, Shopify and custom builds. Almost every website care plan on the market is WordPress-only, which leaves Adobe Commerce and BigCommerce stores choosing between an enterprise contract and nothing at all. Is there a contract?
Plans are monthly, and monthly means monthly — no minimum term, no annual prepayment. It is worth checking that against whoever else you are quoting, because three-month minimums and annual-only billing are common in this category. The reason clients stay is that the site keeps working, not because they are locked in.
